This is a community forum for people who live at 2222 Detroit Ave, both owners and renters. It's run by residents and it's free to use. It isn't affiliated with the HOA or the management company.
Use it to meet neighbors, share building news, ask questions, post things for sale or giveaway, and get local recommendations.
A few ground rules to keep it useful:
Residents only. This space is for owners and renters of the building.
Be respectful. Disagreement is fine. Personal attacks and harassment are not.
No spam or advertising. Selling or giving away your own things to neighbors is welcome. Commercial ads and repeated self-promotion are not.
Protect privacy. Don't post someone's name, unit, photo, or contact info without their okay.
This isn't an official channel. For a formal complaint or a maintenance request, go through the HOA or management so it's on record. You're welcome to talk through issues here, but posting doesn't count as notifying them.
Posts that break these may be removed. If you see something off, use the flag on the post and a resident moderator will look at it.
Glad you're here. Introduce yourself when you get a chance.
